Great Physique!

Well, one thing I gotta say that's cool as **** is your gnarly vascularity.
Veins straight on the chest & shoulders. That is pretty cool

Damn man!!!
Thats some.impresive progress, Looking good!
I dont know about 9% cause I cant see abs and you dont show legs, but just seeing the vacularity on your shoulders I wouldnt even worry about.
Except if you want to get contest lean I think you reach pretty much the ideal BF% to keep year round and be ****ing impressive all year round.
Anyway thats what Im aiming for...
Great work man!
Keep us posted kt is awesome to see these results

yes you should bring in more calories, 9% is a great starting place for a dedicated bulk.

hehe, that's not a relaxed or even non flexed pic.
edit: I usually use a relaxed pic each week to help me view my progress. I basically try to look about as normal as I can at that moment, basically just so you could repeat the photo 10 times and still look about the same or worse. You're really flexing your arms shoulders chest and abs.Last edited by SEOINAGE; 06-08-2014 at 07:43 AM.
