    Before cycle current

    Hey guys thought id post what im like before cycle although pics arent the best just selfies ive taken to track monthly progress. Here goes nothing... Dont be to mean haha.

    Test e 200 400mg pw and deca 300 300mg pw,
    5.10. 87kg 9%bf (another week cutting for shoot before bulk starts)
    Normally around 10%bf at 90kg
    23 in a few weeks (i know im young)
    This will be my 5th cycle in 3 years

    Man you are really young have run that many cycles. Its not good!! Your body is not mature yet. You would serve yourself well just hitting the nutrition section. You already look great !! Diet and training at your age can be huge for results especially when you use good advice that you can get from this forum and of course discipline. Doing juice at your age the risk is big and def out ways the rewards. I just hope you haven't hurt yourself already. I would stick to hard work and diet. IMO

    My diets good and im cutting atm on 4000kcal, i do struggle gaining size anyway ive been training with weights for almost 7 years and now im lucky to put on 2lb every 3 months lol, im a qualified pt and train with a body builder atm so form is good as is the training, i know i started young ive had no sides so far other than abit of acne from dbol , to be honest with more research i would of waited abit longer, bit at 23 now i want to compete and really try make something of myself in the industry as a musclemodel pro, and i cant see me getting far without the gear when my gains are so slow naturally now, although i do really appreciate the feedback.

    Ps this cycle is 10 months after my last cycle of test e and dbol.

    I started training weight a tiny 61kg after a full days food lol, i think ive hit my natural potential? Or atleast v close to it

    I thought some others would chime in and give advice sometimes it takes awhile. Whatever you decide to do make sure you stay on this forum and get quality advice for what ever you decide. These guys will help keep you safe in your journey!!

    Thanks alot mate i defiently will wish i used the forum sooner to be honest, specially with my first 2 cycles lol anyway ill post photos after 10 week cycle hopefully would of gained 5kg or so thats the goal anyway lol
