yes that's right, but even if I bulk, all my food is weighed and healthy, i don't really have cheatdays.
and I do have some days cardio.

- 150 gr rice + 200 gr chicken + 250 gr brocolie+ 100 gr pineapple
- apple

Well, if you were to try something, there is no better way to do it, than to reach a natural base like yours before jumping on. Great work thus far and you look better than 90% of people that i see on juice.

the best natural genes would be 183cm tall and weighing 88kg with same body fat tops(very rare).

He could be natural since he has been lifting since 19 when the body is at its peak for hormone production. Putting on 10lbs of mass a year for 7 years is not out of the realm of possibility, either way he has put in some time and made some nice gains. Looking good OP.

I was 198cm at about 97kg and 7% body fat all natural, it was way too skinny for me so I jumped on some juice and 8 months later was about 115kg still pretty lean.
