before/After dieting pics.
Ok people here we go in this first pic i was 195lbs. and who knows what ungodly percent of bodyfat. The thing is when i firstcame into college all sports ceased to exist except for on T.V. and lets not forget the beer and pizza diet. Well I'm finally beginning to get back on the ball. This pick was taken 2 months ago. (me out of shape).

Ok this was taken yesterday. I currently weigh 180lbs. I not sure what my bodyfat% is I'll let you guys be the judges on that one. Any critisisim would be appreaciated. You probably cant tell but i was retaining a lot in my face.

ure body fat loox like about 10-12% ....cant tell cuz you got a deep belly button ...is it normally like that or is that extra on padding?

How long was the diet? What gear did you take?
It's looking good to me. Nice work and keep the same diet for another 3 weeks and post again. Stay motivated, you're on a great track!

Yeah i do have a funny lint whole. Thanks a lot guys I'll try to get some picks up of my back and shoulders. the difference is more noticible there. In any case rockstarz this was just a little update to show some progress. I'm trying to get as hard as I can before I jump on the sauce. I'm counting the days. I think i should be where i want to be in about another month. I dieted and hit the cardio for about a little over a month. I was also using an otc fatburner. Well, any more opinions on bodyfat would be appreaciated.

Hey peter, it's ok . By the way, I'm 21, I do have some serious years behind me with trainging experience due to athletics in highschool and my brother is a certified trainer. Like I had previously explained all that went out the window when I first entered college. When I was at my healthiest I was weighing about 200lbs, with about 11% bf. That all tended to change with 2-3 years of crappy diet and not training frequently. I was trying to lose a couple points of bodyfat because I just personally felt it was way too high for me to start packing on mass. Now I am going to begin some mass trainging and diet shortly but still continuing with a clean diet. I know that I can possibly get back up to 200lbs. soon enough, I know my body well enough(maybe not at 11% bf, but low enough). But like I said that's why I'm counting the days until I do get back to my desired state so I can commence my cycle. Just wanted to clarify a few things. Just the same thanks for the comments everyone ... I will continue to keep you guys posted.
