pics. been considering my 1st cycle for a year now need advice.

Hey everybody. New here and really need some advice. I've been working out off and on my whole life. But about 6 months ago I got serious about it and started seeing a personal trainer who use to be a professional body builder back in the 70's and 80's.I am 30yrs old 5'8" tall and I was 128-130 lbs when I started and now I bounce back from 143 to 147lbs . I'm tired of busting my ass just to keep what little weight I have. And can't seem to get over 147 lbs to save my life. I have a very high metabolism and some mornings wake up and lost 3 lbs in my sleep! Some days I eat non stop and others its all I can do to make myself eat a bowl of oat meal. I've tried every supplement (CB-1 weight gainer) protein shakes with high calories etc. and any other way of gaining weight there is and I can't gain weight and even if I do put on a couple extra lbs one week I lose it over night. I have put it off for years not wanting to take the roid route but I've exhausted my options and I'm 30 now so I want to finally be happy with my body and not embarrassed because I'm always the smallest guy in the room. I have done the basic research on AAS so I'm aware of the side effects and basic stuff. I need some advice on a good first stack and cycle for bulking up complete with PCTs . I want the safest all around that will provide my type of build with the best results and be able to maintain the weight. I also only want to do 1-2 cycles period. In other words after I complete my 2nd cycle never touch steroids again or atleast not for a very long time. Thanx alot and sorry for the long post.

hello there. you can definitely add more muscles for a 5'8. i say around 160lbs maybe more depends on your genes. try different workout programs, high volume, low volume, strength... bulk for a while then cut, keep your self busy with this natural ways. when you hit your limit it is time for aas. you are 30 and an adult it's your choice to do what but you can gain natural and your money would not be wasted on gear for couple of pounds (no one worry about the health so maybe money) for instance i was 75kg165 lbs and 175cm(5'7-5'8 ) tall with BF 8-9% when i started aas. - but if you have made your mind about using gear which IMHO is not a good idea, you can use test only cycle with AI and PCT. Visit the diet section. If you've only been serious for 6 months then you've got a LONG way to go. It all comes down to diet. Visit the diet section and spend time there. Post up your macros and I guarantee you think you are eating a lot but you're prob. not eating anywhere near where you should be.

It's hard to eat enough to put on quality muscle. Focus on it and it will pay off.

Remember, it's a marathon and not a sprint.

Well, a bowl of oatmeal for the entire day is not going to do it.

Eating non-stop means nothing if it is not the proper diet.

Go to the diet section and post up everything you eat. We'll put five pounds on you in a month, without steroids , by tweaking your diet. How does that sound?
