i am currently thinking of competing in october, we will see if i can put on about 10 more pounds of good muscle by then, we will see i got someone who is gonna right me a good program monday and he has been very successful in bodybuilding.....i wanna get up to about 235 and stay at a good bodyfat percentage, i am hopin about 10 percent at 235 if i can reach that i will compete.....
i think you need to get between 5-7 %, at 10% 235lbs you wont be cut enough for a show. id shoot for them same weight you are now just cut for BF down.
no im not sayin 10 percent for the show, i know that, im sayin see if i can get there at 235 then ya cut down to about maybe 5 pounds lighter then i am now and try to get to about 6 or 5 percent for the show....which i know will be hard to do...

im thinking of doing, equipoise 400mg for 10 weeks, 1-10 prop at 500mg a week, fina 100mg eod from week 1-6 and then winny 6-10 with maybe some clen....well see......right now im doin deca, d-bol and omdadren and its working well, im gonna throw the d-bols out tommorow and do winny 50mg tabs for 4 weeks everyday......and well see what i look like in 5 weeks from now. i am also starting to diet.....

I tell you guys, this guy has basketballs for shoulders. He's a good friend of mine and a bouncer at the Biggest and Best Titty bar in this party town, Windsor. He didn't post the leg shots cause that's a weak point for him. Not dissin him, it's cause he has knee problems and can't hit up the heavy squats. He'd be 250 by now if he could do the heavy core lifts like deads, squats, cleans, etc. Having bad joints can really hinder strength and muscle development. None the less, he's a dedicated lifter, a G lover and pretty impressive shoulder presser, lol! Just ridin' ya bro![]()

ya wit the torn acl i cant do much anymore......its the worse injury ever cause i feel like a cripple sometime......alot more unmobile....i used to be very quick and once i get into a good leg routine i blow it again....thank god i have half decent legs from genetics or i would look like a idiot.
