    Bf estimate

Still need some time to work down my Bf. For me it has been really hard to cut but its been a slow process.
    What is my bf?
Should I keep on cutting or do a recomp diet?
    Let me know bros

Two pics above are a few months ago and bottom pics are taken tonight.

    Looking fairly decent bro

    I'd say about 15-16%

What do you weigh & what's your height?

Keep cutting. I'm a cutting freak, so I'm biased. But like Samson said 15-16% looks about right.

    Nice Biker Scout helmet

Thanks bro' like I said, working towards my goal to get down to 10%.
Next step is geting to 13%.
Also, for me being on TRT its been a long road cutting fat.
As for my weight I havent done so, since with all honesty I hate scales.
I am guessing Between 187-190 lbs as you can see in the pics I have more muscle than fat so weight is a factor.
In regards to height, I am 5'9.
    What do you think?
    Should I keep on cutting?

Straight up, from my personal experience - not without tren (maybe Var too, but I haven't tried)

I cut like a mf'r on tren , and look bigger lighter. I got down to low-mid 240's @ 10%ish and looked bigger than I do now at mid 250's @ 15%ish. Just keep working, it will come off, looking good bro.

This is the reason why I hit so much tren . It was like pound for pound

Just running it long can't be that good for you

    Exactly sampson.

My stats in avy are spring summer stats (aka female frenzy stats)

6ft 185 pounds around 8-9% body fat. Running prop and var cycle pre summer.

Running a dbol prop jan 1st. Looking to gain a decent 5-10 pounds in my arms and shoulders mostly.

But yeah if you want to cut, then I would suggest a new cycle. What is your height? Never mind just saw your 5'9.

Umm I mean what do you want to do? At 5'9 I think you are ready to start cutting, just from looking at your current stature. I'm not really big into giving advice for shorter guys as I can't really relate, but I'd say give it a go and go on full 6 pack. If thats ok with you I can recommend an awesome cutting cycle, and diet plan.
