i hate my genetics of muscles
hi friends, i am 35 years old. as you see on pictures i have short muscles, expecialy my triceps and biceps. My arms 41-42cm but i dont like it, expecialy lower triceps.
i started b.b about 10 years buy when i started i was only 58kg. all of my family are very thin. i want to build more muscles.
What are your advices for me, for exercises , foods or cycles.
i am 178 tall
off season 87-90kg
in summer 82-83kg
everyday i eat about 120gr protein and low carb and fat
cycles; sometimes i do light cycles with testosteron mix t400 for 5-8 weeks

120 grams of protein for your stats seems little low..
Sorry to say but your diet looks strange to me , it's low protein , low fat , and low carbs ..
Either you are on a keto , or zone , but I can't figure out ur macros ratio..
Do u know your tdee? How is your macro split? Are you cutting?
On a side note , running test for 5 weeks , isn't optimal IMO , even with prop ester

For protein , try 1.5 gms for your lbm (in lbs)
Another approach is 1 gm per lb but I personally prefer the first.
Regarding your arms , I am sure you know that working out continuously and a good nutrition will make your muscles grow , and look better.. Feed your muscles and re evaluate from there ..
On a side note , I didn't see anything wring with your arms ,beside the need for a bigger mass, but u know better..

Hate is a strong word - we are what we are
Can't do much about it - I'll never look like Lazar Angelov or the like, oh well
Like mentioned above, kick up your protein & keep your diet clean - run some sauce & that's about all we can do

^^ this.
I hate my genetics as well (and I do mean hate, strong a word as it is), but have, after many years, come to accept them, because, well, I can't do shyte about them. I can bench 315 for reps but have shoulders what look like a person who has never stepped foot in a gym. I have NO upper back to speak of - from a profile point of view, I look like a mis-shapen insect of some sort. Trust me, I know your pain.
As stated above, all you can do is be the best you. Don't try to look like somebody else, because you'll be setting yourself up for failure - it'll simply never happen. Train hard, eat properly, and be the best version of yourself that you possibly can be.
