    6 Months Progress (Khazima's.. Photo Album?)

    Felt like posting these in a new thread and possibly adding new pics every few months instead of just posting them in my log which is more just for my viewing and personal ranting and who ever else wants to read it LOL, and because i'm pretty pleased with the results.

    I was taking pictures in crappy lighting and compared them to pictures in great lighting from 6 months ago, so i went and got the same lighting to compare.

    Stats:
    Age - 20
    Height - 170cm (5'8-5'9)
    Weight - 71kg (156lb)
    Training for 18 months.

    I tried to take these two as similarly as possible.

    Not at the moment, i'm not concerned with staying lean right now. Trying to build as much muscle as possible and get as strong as i can this year to see what i can total at nationals towards the end of the year.

    Thanks bro Started a little less than 2 years ago at about 110lb/50kg malnourished, easily gained weight until 130 then actually had to learn to eat and train till now (170lb).

    I'll be honest you don't look good at all, your diet is way off and I would say your training is also off. Don't take this as a negative but use it to change the things what are wrong. First time ive looked in here and I thought you was better. You look like a newbie so sort things out and change things around because they not working mate

    Very immature even for you Marcus but thanks for the 'advice' if you'd call it that.

    You can clearly see just about everything has grown significantly over the past few months, if it hasn't I've only gotten leaner. My the leanest I've been at 160lb ever, my total is the highest it's ever been and I've put on 50lb of straight muscle in under 30 months.

    Calm down buddy.

    Ps. Looking good is subjective, in the real world you're an over developed drug abusing meathead who looks disgusting and I look fit and told regularly I look great.
