    It's really hard to get an accurate reading. Calipers are junk and getting it done somewhere just isn't feasible.

    Get a pic outside on an overcast day or white some above lighting as her abs on that pic aren't really evident although I can see a little hence the 22 I quoted.

    Anywhere from 15-30 is fine, but the 20-25 is just right with enough muscle to make it look nice and smooth without the cottage cheese.

    Good thread, needs the original title back so others can comment. 15-30% bf can look great depending on the woman. I could understand 35% post pregnancy or other situations, but would hope most in that range would attempt to improve. My SO looked great at 20-25, but she also was carrying a lot of muscle, she is a bit over as she preps for her first powerlifting comp, but she looks great because of the shape she has. In past she got a lot smaller without weights, but actual bodyfat was probably still higher. With weights she did get probably under the 20% but it was extremely restrictive, and her legs looked amazing, but overall not as good as the 20-25.

    And a disclaimer, women who carry their weight in the rear can get away with higher bodyfat.
