    My first pic posted here

    I've never posted any pics here but here goes. Not a great photo but it's all I've got. I'm currently 5'6.5" tall and sitting between 199-205lbs depending on the day. I have a few weeks left of my current lean bulk so I'm not as lean as I usually am. I'm guessing I'm prob. around 13-14% depending on the day.

    Looking lean and thick mate! Not bad for a lean bulk! 205 at 5.6 is a good size!......im the same height but body fat is way higher at the min.

    post up a pic once you cut again........what weight are you at when you get under 10% bf?

    Thanks guys I appreciate it. Been working my ass off. Can't wait to see how I'm going to look when I cut. I still have another 4 weeks left of my lean bulk. I really haven't grown much at all if any during this cycle but I do feel really good. The past year has been a crazy one for me to say the least. I'm confident this year will be much better and I will reap much better results.

    Thanks, I appreciate it. Getting things back in order after having a neck injury preventing me from doing much of any pressing exercises. Thank god for TB500 or my delts and chest would be withered away.
