    Bulk or cut?

    Hey all,

This is the result of my six month bulk from 52 kg. Should I continue bulking up to maybe 72-75 kg or cut at this weight?

I did a clean bulk going around 10-15% more of my TDEE, I'm gaining weight slowly.

I think you should be less concerned with bulking or cutting or more concerned with just getting a good training/diet protocol and just start the transformation. Once you start developing a decent base you can start bulking or cutting but at this point I think your focus is just building a good base to start with.

I agree 1000% with Marcus with what does your typical workout look like?

I train with compound exercises, specifically a 5x5 routine, so basically squats, deads, benches, presses. At the end of the workout I either do dips or chin ups. I don't do isolation exercises because I'm pressed for time. I've been lifting now for six months and before that I've never touched a barbell before. I train 3x per week.

    Hi Jacket,
I am a new member here as well.
I will try and answer your question without any negative tones which i am finding a trend of.
Of course it depends on what your goals are which your question is inquiring other opinions.
So I will assume you are looking for a balance of physic and strength so Looking at your photo if I where you I would cut but again that is my opinion on what i would do.
Cut , eat less, eat good, train hard. I just finished my first Test only cycle for 14 weeks before i did this I trained for a long time and lost body fat so It would cost less to reach my goals which were lean muscle. I am rather new at adding AAS to my protocol but but this was my experience which i am loving it.
