12-15 hard to tell from one pic flexing....did u lose weight since the avy pic?

Now here's the thing. Yes, lost somewhere in the region of 15-20lb since that avi, now I was on prop npp and dbol at the time and it must have been a particularly lean day to look like that. Iv lost 8lb this week on an aggressive cut, I didn't expect to lose that much and I obvs lost some mass too, but I had a good balanced refeed after and I feel just as lean if not leaner, and defo filled up my muscles.Quote:

Quad extensions 14 with both legs then drop the weight and go on single leg to failure as many sets as you can handle and using the good ol stepper machine worked for me pal
