    Body fat % estimate?

    Hello everyone!

    New to the forum so I figured I'd post see what opinions I get.


    Still natty about to jump on test-e and Tren -e

    You could build much more before jumping on gear. Your bf is still fairly high but you have a nice base to work with

    When your ready(bf down and educated) Just try test out buddy... Tren ? Ethenate at that?! You don't need juice just yet, just a good solid diet and training program!

    I actually dropped from 295lbs to 160 what I'm at right now. That's the main reason I've kept the weight off as far as pounds. I guess fear of being obese again

    you have done a great job and should be very proud if your accomplishment. Just know this is not a short race it's more like a marathon and you have plenty of room to put on muscle natty before messing with any cycles

    I'd say 17-19%

    Congrats on the weight loss. Now its time to start putting on the right kinda weight. I'm assuming that if you just came down from 295 to where you are now that what you propose would be your first cycle. Tren is not first cycle stuff. You need to learn how to eat to gain before you think about AAS or else the gains your make will be gone as fast as they come.

    Please visit the diet forum and post up how your eating and ask for help. I'm sure someone will give you the guidance you need.

    Thanks for all the support guys and I will I still need to get my diet on point

    I will post my diet and what I go through on a daily basis in the nutrition forum soon.
