You look low bf to me mate.
I think my pics are deceptive sometimes, can you grab or pinch skin, pull it away from your body ? My "dry " morning pics look better than my afternoon pics. As do pumped gym selfies. The last places for me ( and prob most males ) to hold fat is bottom row of abs, rear love handles and under ass cheeks. My progress is checking these areas. Maybe I should pincer these areas and record.
IMO, you look leaner than me, I'm willing to say I'm defo no lower 8 and tops 10.

I think your leaner mate! And yes pics can be deceiving(I've gotten as low as 7.8-8.1 and I look leaner now but don't think I'm that low!
Luckily my ass is good(your quads are bigger), and you look more grainy(I just added mast in though ... I will say after 5 ventral hernia repairs(cutting all the way through my abdominal wall) the last row is the place where I hold most bf, although when they stapled/wired my stomach closed they pulled xtra skin over on right side so it's been tough to get them even but I'm on the right track! I can pull skin only in the area I mentioned but not much if any fat really(maybe a lil but mostly skin)
I'd say your at 8 now I just went through your thread too and your pics seem to be much better(leaner)!!!! Now I just need to hit 205 at this bf then set a goal for 220 at 10% or lower(sitting at 194-195 in am atm) if get yours done FQ I'm betting that your under what you think by 1% or so... LOL... That's funny man... Yeah I agree totally changed my life(as it's now my/our lifestyle) I will never stop(nor you) it's just to much fun! It really is a life savor/& changer(even as we all have some sorta injuries - but to release that adrenaline is something that can't be matched!

Yeah Nath, you got the knowledge my friend, you know what it takes, you want it, given time it will happen, and you got that huge frame and big base to work with, now there's not that many I can say that to.

That's very true FQ! Very true!
The same thing came into my head right away(you've got so much to work with) and your knowledge is way ahead of the curve(and that means you have the knowledge to know what it takes) now just get diet squared away(wish I had done this much sooner) and just smash brother!
