The fat pic is from December with a friend and our kids bowling when I was just begining to dieting/trying to get back in the gym after moto accident, and lasagna for breakfast and pizza for lunch type diet...
anyway, sure some know compounds I am currently on half way thru cycle lean bulk and getting help with going next level on diet to get to 12%,
what are estimates of my fat pic and yesterdays pic my daughter took?
Then and now, 235/240ish, and I am at 218-222 currently

comments please!! and save the shit talking about the bowling shoes,lol... should have cropped them out too:) Anyway, got some good advice on diet from very patient board member that I am looking to drop last 20lbs I want to drop, I think 12-15% is my goal
