The fat pic is from December with a friend and our kids bowling when I was just begining to dieting/trying to get back in the gym after moto accident, and lasagna for breakfast and pizza for lunch type diet...
anyway, sure some know compounds I am currently on half way thru cycle lean bulk and getting help with going next level on diet to get to 12%,
what are estimates of my fat pic and yesterdays pic my daughter took?
Then and now, 235/240ish, and I am at 218-222 currently

Hard to say sitting down... Maybe 18-20% but surely looking much more solid for sure! If ya can get some pics of yourself in the same spot/angle to see the changes your body is making! Just something I found to be very helpful... Best of luck and congrats on the weight loss!

I was gonna say like 20%-25%. With that said you can tell a major difference, you are making big changes. Diet is king if you want that wow transformation. Good work man!! GL

How much of that on me could be water weight? I am using Adex as ai, I dont feel really bloated compared to how I used to look. BUT, When I lose the water weight I think Ill look a little better. BUT how much is typically water on a 5'11 guy?
5lbs? 10lbs? will be nice when that goes away !!

I dont think there is much water weight such as some people gain on cycle since you already had high body fat. It's not something you will loose via AI.

Just keep working on the diet and training. Focus on leaning out, 500 calorie deficit and dont worry to much about size/gaining.

Personally I think running a cycle at your body fat could be risky, high E2 so I hope you get blood work done.
