    Question pic 1

    taken in september @ 249lbs.
    20 years old, 32; waist , 18.5' arms... 49' chest.
    Compeated in Naturals last year at 192 lbs @4.6% body fat. This is my winter weight taken right after a Back workout......

    I am 6' tall. My quads are doing well @ 26.5', but my calves are the most lacking body part....

    This was the natural show I did last year.
    again 6' tall, and really lean as I said before.
