Nice that is great. So if i drop the other 17 lb I should be 14 15 % that is what I am going for. My arms are staying right at 18 they have gone down for 19 in but that was 60 lbs ago. Forarms are just over 15 in.So buy my 57th birthday 10-13. I hope to be 200 15 % bf .I think that is a nice goal to try to hit

I am stuck at 216 almost 3 weeks .Diet the same about 2300 cal a day.About 45 min on the treadmill 4 min 3.7 mph at 3% incline 1 min 8 mph for 3.5 miles and 600 cal about 45 min to do this 5 days a week. Lift 5 days 1 hr to 90 min a day.I might be wrong but I think my new pictures look better then a couple weeks ago but the weight is the same. Any ideas how to kick start my weight loss back into gear ?Click image for larger version.

I can see a small difference in body composition, you need to change something, maybe swap out the treadmill for 45 min of High Intensity Interval Training. Get diet checked, remove empty calories and sugar. Change weight sessions to heavy and short for a while. Shock your body into change.
