    Please help guesstimating my BF%

ID:	159090what is my bf? Yes they are edited as i had an allergic reaction and i wanted to cover up some/most of the acne. Callipers say around 7-10 and i don't know if i should believe it. What do you guys think?BTW back is probably a bit leaner as that was taken 1-2 weeks ago.

    Here is my question. Why does it matter what you bf is? You just know how lean you are.if you want to get leaner get leaner. If you want to bulk bulk. I guess I just don't understand everyone's dying need to know their bf% The mirror/picture is the best way to gauge progress. You are Definetly low bf though. I would say around 10 as well

    I'd give you 10 as well, tough to tell much else given pic quality, and good advice has been given.

    I think you know you are very lean, whether 10 or 8, nobody here is going to give you any advice you don't already have with those photos.

    Thanks for all the input and advice guys. i got even learner as those photos are almost a week old the back pose being at least 2 weeks old. I needed some help determining the percentage because atm all the caliper reading 7 point, waist or w.e method etc say max 7.25-7.75. Thus, i do not want to try to push below 7% as its just gonna make/force body into a lot of stress and increase muscle loss. And so i needed the input of people that may be more knowledgeable than me or my friends around me.

    Are you asking if you are lean enough to start putting on some more muscle? I would say yes.

    Its kinda impotant if you wanna work your diet plan out
