So this will be my first cycle. I have always been big boned but fat in till recently, I've managed to almost push myself to 150 lbs shoulder press and I can hit 10reps on pull ups 20 on chin ups
My goals are as followed

Roman chair upwards sit ups
Roman chair downwards sit ups
Preacher pad curls
Benchpress
Standing shoulder shrugs
Standing curls
Standing sholderpress
145lb vest
Insanity
1hour run
Pull ups

I'm 6'2 about 210 lbs
Still some fat but not fat though
So I'm looking to get that edge and explode with strength and get cut while staying compact as possible hard over large
