    Over 50!

    I was just wondering how many of us are over 50 on here. Post up some pics. I turned 54 back in Jul and hope to be bigger, stronger and look better at 55 then I did at 54. I have been working out since I was 15 years old with only a few breaks. Don't have the best genetics but work with what i have...I always say i have the propensity for density AKA FAT GENE!
    Have been on HRT for over 3 years and have done one cycle recently.

    Kelkel I agree just a number... the biggest guys at my gym are over 50. Thanks Samson, stay the course and you will.
