69 lbs down 8 to go

I have lost 69 lbs since 2-7-15. I want to get to 200 lbs what do you think my BF is now. Can I get to 15 % @ 200 lbs that was the goal. I will be 57 on 10-13. I was stuck @ 216 for 3 weeks then I read carb 101 on this site .I have lost 8.5 lbs in 3 weeks.

Jim, Getting close to that 15%! I would guess 16-18% now. Good work and keep it up.
