Thread: Bf Estimate.

    Bf Estimate.

    Weight:187
    Height: 5'10"
    Age: Just turned 25

I have hit a plateau my only guess that this is dues to poor diet. I have for the most part eaten clean, but have never regulated my calories (never followed any real diet)...pretty dumb thinking about it now. I Have worked out over a few years now and want to cut down to around 10%, so I can manage my weight easier, and bulk more effectively. Tired of being a soft pos.

I train 5 days a week. I can stay away from fast, junk and alcohol without a problem. All I have to do is not be a lazy **** about my diet and eat my macros.

Basically I just want a rough estimate of my BF% so I can calculate how long this cut will take.

    TDEE - 3000
    Planned Caloric Intake :2200
    Macro Split 40/40/20

    Few pics.

Looks to me you've got a solid base to work with...
I'd say 13-15%(first pic looks more of the latter but your others seem better... What about your wheels? If they are lean then I'd go w/13ish

Start doing deads on back day - and weighted hypers for lumbar development... I'd say your delts/arms are overshadowing your chest... And w/a bigger/thicker/& wider back comes a bigger and wider chest)

If your just now hitting a plateau your most likely right - your change of diet could start to propel you forward again - check out our diet/& training sections!

Agree with Nach, probably 15%. Really good base, and you are hitting plateau at a good time. Eat at 500 under TDEE and add cardio if not already. Change diet and log everything on an app like My Fitness Pal. You might be surprised as I was to see what you are really eating.

Thanks for reply's. Wheels are shit btw, hitting them twice weekly though. To bad I'm cutting.. Calves are actually decent, don't know why the **** I worked them out, but not quads and ham's ****ing retarded.

Anyways I started my cut today. Is it normal not too feel hungry while cutting? Just ate dinner and I'm feeling full. Have taken in 1700 cals, still 500 to go. Not sure how this is. Should I lower my caloric intake? I'm guessing I should wait a week or two and see what results I get.

Also my sleeping schedule is a bit ****y, which I feel like could affect this. I work at a bar till 4am on weekends, and then have school at 9pm some mornings on the weekdays.

Try eating little and often to help speed your metabolism, dont eat 3 big meals that you feel full

Eat 6-8 smaller meals. When i do this im hungry 30 mins after every meal lol

This has been fairly well disproven but if it works for you by all means carry on. But number of meals a day shouldn't be an impact on success or not.

Depends on how you look at it. I eat more meals just to get the volume of food in. I would never be able to consume enough calories only eating 3 meals Ed

After the first 3 weeks I am down 5.9 lbs. Most noticeable lose I think is in the lower back/love handle area. Also noticed more vascularity, specially when working out. Stomach area still looks like shit though, if I'm not flexing abs (last pic).

Will post update in another 3 to 4 weeks.

Looking great buddy well done id say your at 8%ish

Arms look huge, i think you could thicken those pecs to match the size of your arms, if your arms keep growing and your chest stays like that you will look gorilla like, so get that chest beefed up a bit more so your in proportion

Well done man keep it up
