    bf estimate

    Being working out 8 months ..
    Weight 210lbs
    Height 185cm
    When i started was 196lbs. Just wondering what by bf is roughly at

    Should i keep goin the way im goin ..or shud i work harder on dropping the bf first..

    Continue to train hard and work on your nutrition. You will make the most gains by dialing in your nutrition. What does your daily food intake look like?

    My calorie in take is 2700..
    Diet is not perfect
    Protein shake way banna and oats in morn
    Gym 6 30
    11 00
    Lean mince or tuna
    2 00
    Protein shake .. and lean mince or tuna
    6 00
    Dinner chicken potatoes ..
    9.00
    Protein shake and toast ...
    I have sunday as a cheat day

    Your nutrition needs work. Your not going to grow on that meal plan. Your going to need more solid protein more carbs and probably more meals. Post your plan up in the nutrition forum and those guys will get you dialed in

    I agree with Bio

    You could be eating more and swap those shakes for healthy carbs, meat and greens.

    Even eating 6-8 meals per day like this will speed up metabolism and help with fat loss as well as growing muscle at the same time

    I say under 20 - more like 17 ish IMO

    Not that it matters


    Your body shape looks like me a decade ago - not fat, but just no real shape or hard definition.

    Don't focus on Bf%
