Your nutrition needs work. Your not going to grow on that meal plan. Your going to need more solid protein more carbs and probably more meals. Post your plan up in the nutrition forum and those guys will get you dialed inOriginally Posted by byrne92

You could be eating more and swap those shakes for healthy carbs, meat and greens.
Even eating 6-8 meals per day like this will speed up metabolism and help with fat loss as well as growing muscle at the same time
I say under 20 - more like 17 ish IMO

Your body shape looks like me a decade ago - not fat, but just no real shape or hard definition.

Yea defo leaner..diet is still not 100% tho..
