I know smith machine don't count
I know most of you guys lift well over 300 but at 57 I just wanted to make sure I could still do 300 as I haven't done that for a long time. I know smith machine doesn't count for a true 300 but still feels pretty good.

Thanks, Means a lot coming from guys that know.Since I cut back my work out to 1 hr and focusing on form and not how much weight. I am enjoying lifting more and not getting hurt. Then having to take time off. I think as an older lifter form over an amount of weight is better. At least for me.

Any age - form over weight
Keep at man!
Hope I'm lifting triple plates at 57

Well done, my man! Your story is inspiring man and keep pushin' that weight around!
Plus smiths are especially good for incline press
