New to this board
I just signed up for this board - I love reading and getting all the information I can for my progress and that of my wife. We are both working hard to shape up and lead a healthier lifestyle, at this point we are not really looking at AS, just looking to cut up, build a bit of muscle and look and feel better about ourselves.
I am posting a link of my homepage, to show my progress so far.
Critique, please and let me know what you think. I have to be really carfeul with the supplements and stuff as I have a hereditary kidney disease. So I even have to watch the protein intake...
So far, the only supps I have taken are - Protein, thermogenic s(have cycled - Hydroxycut, Ripped Fuel, Xenadrine for my cut) , Vitamin C and a MULTIVITAMIN and I have tried supplementing Glutamine - seems to be working well...

WOW
Dude,
You look awesome. I came from the same place as you a few years back, losing over 100lbs in 3 months.
How have you gotten the body fat down so LOW!!! I am still struggling with that.
What is your diet like?? Would love to know and seek your help.

You might want to switch your training around and focus on one body part a day. Like:
Mon - Legs
Tues - Chest
Wed - Back
Thrus - Shoulders
Fri - Arms
Throw abs in there twice a week and cardio after weight training. You have a good foundation to work with. Great job with the weight loss.

I use the training schedule above and it works pretty good for me. Are you looking for specific excercises?

What specific exercizes do you do on those days - I have been looking to change up my routine and this may be the right type of change i need...

Stick with the basic excercises.
For example, Chest...
Bench Press
Incline Bench Press
Some kind of flies (cable cross-overs, pec-dec, dumbell flies) whatever you're in the mood for.
Dips.
4 sets each (not including warm-up set). 5 on the flat bench. Every set is until failure... that's the only way to grow.
