    BF Estimate 5 Month Progress

    First Picture is August. Estimated BF 22%. 5 months including 3 weeks being sick lost some muscle. Really need your help on current BF%.     I hate giving estimates because I'm not good at it but I would say around 18%.

    What I like to do is see ppl advancements and tell them to keep up the good work! So yes keep up the good work brother
