    6 wks out first show (mens physique)

    Hey everybody new to forum
    Im currently 6 weeks out from my first show (mens physique)
    stats
    23y/o
    5'9
    205 lb weight so far

    Any critique is appreciated
    feel free to ask questions
    ill be posting Weekly pictures starting with front side and rear shots weekly
    I have been training for this for 12 weeks and came off 6 month break from the gym because of a injury. So heres first set of pics

    looks like bodybuilding to me. 205 is big at 8% or less. your a big guy with a wide back for physique it seems. you look great

    everyone wanted me to bodybuild but I feel like there is more of a realistic future for me in mens physique then bodybuilding I am not down for that lifestyle those guys put in work that I cannot keep up with. but I am hoping to be around 190 by show time & thanks do u feel as if my bf is 8% or less right now? I was thinking it was like 10%

    just my estimate. I wouldn't put you over 9%. Really lean man, single digits are tuff. Would you mind posting your diet?

    If you have good calves youll do very well. Tiny waist broad chest that's what they like. Your in great shape for six weeks out. You must be stoked! ! Put up a front shot I want to see your back from the front

    If I would say you need to work on something it wold be so back defelopement, you have good wdth but from that shot seems like you could use some more rowing and deading added in. All different angles and movements with the rows.

    agree my weak point is my back its wide but needs more definition in areas! I have added another back day to focus to my routine!

    I don't wanna sound arrogant but I am being honest up till last week I was still bulking so I just started my diet 6weeks out I was eating Cake,pizza burritos the whole 9 yards up till sunday haha
    but now this is the routine I will be following till show prep

    Am : 1 scoop protein liquid glucosomine / glutamine/ chlorosine (sorry spellin sux)

    meal 1 : 10 egg white scramble 1 yolk 4 oz chicken breast 1 ezekial toast

    meal 2 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup broccoli

    meal 3 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup rice

    meal 4 : 12 oz tilapia 1 cup rice 8 asparagus spears

    meal 5 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup brocooli

    meal 6 : protein shake 2 scoops liquid glucosomine/glutamine chlorosine (again sorry bad spelling)

    meal 7 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup brccoli

    you eat all that? damn dude. what are those macro splits? gotta be over 300g protein. Doesn't seem like a cutting diet but if you said you were eating cake pizza and burritos and you are 8% bodyfat I absolutely hate you know.

    lmao im at around 350 protein 100 carb under 30 fat a day. for me that's a cut man when I was around 19-21 I was bodybuilding and was around 240 big. this is a very hurtful diet to do I am 4 days in and already tired ofi t

    looks like more carbs to me. are your weights cooked or uncooked. im not tryng to argue just curious bro. your diet is bad ass man I couldn't afford to eat all that fish lol.

    im thinking of cutting some of the meals out someone said I was coming in to big the other night for the show I guess the judging in this particular show likes smaller so ima take out a meal and carb cycle I am at 202 now and upd cardio 1:20 min a day split into morning empty stomach and after workout

    its okay I don't think your arguing lol . I shop at Costco and buy fish in bulk 100$ is like 40 filets? or something like that and my girl helps me with a lot of my bills. and we throw a mix of both
    I will probably add a steak or chicken meal in there somewhere idk yet! im 1 week in on this and ready to kill myself lol

    You have the look I've been after all my life. Not huge (don't be offended by that, I mean you aren't 290 like a mr. o., not that youre a small guy), big though, well proportioned, small waist, wide shoulders, lean. I have your metabolism but not your will. I can't eat a diet like that for more than a week.

    I think you'll do really well in physique.

    Here's my diet if I tried to do this:

    Snack: Chicken leg, 2 cups 2% milk.

    meal 1 : 10 whole egg scramble, 4 oz chicken breast 1 ezekial toast

    Snack: Pizza

    meal 2 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup broccolI

    Snack: pretzels, milk, pizza

    meal 3 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup rice

    Snack: 4 eggs, pizza

    meal 4 : 12 oz tilapia 1 cup rice 8 asparagus spears

    Snack: pizza, cottage cheese, 16oz juice

    meal 5 : 6 oz tilapia 1 cup brocooli

    Snack: 2 cups 2% milk with 2 scoops whey isolate, 6 egg whites, 2 yolks, pizza

    meal 6 : protein shake 2 scoops liquid glucosomine/glutamine chlorosine (again sorry bad spelling)

    Snack: tortilla chips, salsa, pizza

    pics of legs for the guy who asked and heres progress pictures 5 weeks out now!!! diet cannot stay in point and im slacking on supplements im literally winging it!!! I cant stop eating cake!

    weight is 199 right now! upd cardio AM 30 min empty stomach stairs and PM 20 minute bike after workout

    thx I took some feedback from people (1) being my calves so I started hitting them hard now they pop in the side relaxed poses and my back I started hitting twice a wk and doing mass amounts of pullups androws and its bringing it in a lot sharper cant wait to see howi look nxt week.

    well from 12 weeks out I used


    And that's pretty much riding into the show. and cutting test 2 weeks out completely

    after this show I will experience with GH and learn how to use slin and peptides and everything.. for offseason and season.. just new to it all still

    Go bb dude. With those genetics you'd be wasting your gift in physique imo. IDK if you can switch over in 5w, that'd be a question for those who have competition experience on that level which I do not.

    P.S. I know juice has sugar, and pizza has a lot of fat but dammit they taste good why I'd never make it in the competitive world.
