    I went and got ultra sound bf estimate and apparently that equipment supposedly 98% accurate. Well it said I have 9.78% body fat which in my opinion does not sound accurate. Where you guys think I'm at?

    No your somewhere between 16-18%. Good foundation and loosing 1-2% ew is pretty easy to do
