One week then I cut
One week and then I start to cut.I am at around 213 lbs BF not sure any guesses ?. But want to get to 12-13 % I am 5'10' 57 years old. 30 min HIIT cardio 5 days Lift 5 days around one HR a day. 2500 cal a day will drop 250 -.300 Cal a day and will Card cycle. Will be on my HRT 200 a week 100 mon 100 Thurs.I am hoping to get abs and more definition on my biceps.I am open to ay suggestions on what I should do to get ripped for summer. At 57 not sure how many good summers I have left lol

You have good size and definition. Good job! My guess would be 16-18% getting to 12 shouldn't be hard loosing 1-2 % each week

Well, I have a bit more work than I thought.I was hoping I was @ 15 % but not too far off. Since my cycle, I have put on 8-10 lbs I am sure that 6-8 is water so when that goes I will look better.
Another question my arms sit at 18 in even on arm day they stay right at 18. Does this happen to anyone else? I have heard of others pump up 1 in or better.This is how it has always been for me.
I am starting my carb cycle today.

Man you look awesome compared to your last pics Java. i don't think you need anyone's advice TBH, just keep doing what you're doing. very inspirational, congratulations on your achievement.

The cut between his bicep and tricep on the forward pic makes me believe he is 15%
The pic from behind flexing the arm is pretty dark so you cant see the definition
It would be good to get really bright light on a side, back and front, 3 pics tensed and 3 pics relaxed for more bf estimation accuracy.
Keep up the great work buddy you have come so far!

the relaxed pics show more lose skin than fat, you're probably have lower fat % than you think. your battle now is tightening the skin. hopefully there is more elasticity left, if not simply put on more muscle. at your age looking like that is a rare sight anyway. dittos to you.

Bass, I swear that is my triceps that is just the cut. I did look at it a few times and do see what you are saying. But I can tell you it is very solid.There is absolutely no hanging skin. Thanks all for their thoughts. But I will try to get bigger always
