One week and then I start to cut.I am at around 213 lbs BF not sure any guesses ?. But want to get to 12-13 % I am 5'10' 57 years old. 30 min HIIT cardio 5 days Lift 5 days around one HR a day. 2500 cal a day will drop 250 -.300 Cal a day and will Card cycle. Will be on my HRT 200 a week 100 mon 100 Thurs.I am hoping to get abs and more definitionon my biceps.I am open to ay suggestions on what I should do to get ripped for summer. At 57 not sure how many good summers I have left lol
