    Some feedback

    Hey everyone,

    First time post, just looking for critique on my frame. I'm always trying to bulk, but it's a slow process. Have gained about 12 lbs in past year. I'm eating 3900
    Cals a day but need to up it as I'm stuck on gaining.

    Thanks bro, trying to bulk as clean as I can so upping cals, 300 per week til I hopefully find my zone.

    I have to get some photos of them, pics posted is all I have. They are thinner than I'd like, so they are being worked 1 to 2 times per week

    Height, age, weight, specific lifting routine and diet

    5'11, 181 lbs, age 44. Using the Jim Stoppani muscle building program from bb.com. Rep ranges vary from 3-5 to 12-15 and change week to week. Diet is 3,900 cals per day, macros 35 carb, 35 protein, 30 fat. Eat clean cals for most part and use whey protein 4 scoops a day. Goal is 190 lbs at 6-7% bf.
