    Progression

6 months ago I started crossfit and weight training 5-6 days a week. Started at 188lb. Dropped down to158lb. Then slowly went to 163 when TRT started 3 weeks ago. Current weight is 170.

Pics are now and when I started working out again.

I enjoy it very much. Great for fat burning. I got burnt out doing it 5 days a week and my joints don't agree with all the overhead lifting. I still do drop in classes once in a while for cardio. I think it's a good workout. Just isn't for everybody.

I see some ppl doing cross fit inspired workouts. Cross fitters are very lean. Joints was my concern. My weakest body part is over head shoulder work.

see your back to lifting and was curious! Thx. You've made great gains since original photo!

Thanks. Yes xfitters are very lean. But the shoulders were my issue also. If it wasn't so dam expensive I would do it once a week but the cost is redic. And the whole class (cult) workout gets annoying. I like getting lost at the gym with headphones on and being by myself anymore.

The cost was another factor for me bc I rather spend $ on shoes. lol
