The first pic is on January 14 at 229 lbs and the second is today at 221. TRT only, cleaner eating, 5-3-1 (and accessory work), and 10-15 minutes of HIIT, 3 x week. Bench is up 20lbs, squat +30, deadlift +20.
By my calipers, I was at 26% BF to start and I'm at 20% BF now. Both numbers seem a little low, but since I'm using the same ones, I think they give some measure of progress.
