Fat to less fat (and BF guess, while we're at it)
The first pic is on January 14 at 229 lbs and the second is today at 221. TRT only, cleaner eating, 5-3-1 (and accessory work), and 10-15 minutes of HIIT, 3 x week. Bench is up 20lbs, squat +30, deadlift +20.
By my calipers, I was at 26% BF to start and I'm at 20% BF now. Both numbers seem a little low, but since I'm using the same ones, I think they give some measure of progress.

Nice work bro. I use underwater weighing and can recall myself when I was @ 20%. I think you may actually be a tad lower. Again, nice work!
