Week 5 Update Pics, flat and sick
Usj..just for the record. Havent been training or eating since week 4 update pics. Almost.
Flu Flu Flu. Depressing, this should be it. Arms are smaller too, but my back stil is decent.
Listened to InsaneMuscles tip today and did 12 minutes on the starmaster, put on some music (Creed) and was able to do barbercurls, little bench and a tris move. Deca gave me some pump and the pics were taken rigth after.

looking well, glad little bit of cardio helped, what I found with cardio is that it helps me to burn out the bad stuff from the body quicker vs. waiting for it to be burnt naturally by my immune system, found this by trial and error.
Someone before suggested go have sauna for half hour or so every day, so because I cant get that where I live, I create my own internal-sauna with cardio

Thirsday week 5. Trained home, a little better. Some kind of pump. But just incline bench and barbercurls. Girly weigths.
Worst thing is that i think its hard to loose fat without heavy cardio, even with cardarine/sr9009 and min calories. Thought my flu would help me loose more fat. But no. Good job. Fuck the sick on cycle shit. Get well soon. BTW you would look bigger and leaner with a crew cut. You need to post pic of your legs. With that back you gotta be a deadlifting machine.
