Usj..just for the record. Havent been training or eating since week 4 update pics. Almost.
Flu Flu Flu. Depressing, this should be it. Arms are smaller too, but my back stil is decent.
Listened to InsaneMuscles tip today and did 12 minutes on the starmaster, put on some music (Creed) and was able to do barbercurls, little bench and a tris move. Deca gave me some pump and the pics were taken rigth after.
Dont think i can push hard in the gym before mid next week, so i guess the pics from 6 will not be good either.-(
