Finally this baby answers me. Due to 2-3 weeks flu and holiday i havent been able to give this ride what it deserves, but now things have changed. Training hard again and eating more. As a matter of fact i have will add 3-400 g pasta to my diett out july in order to get some size back on. But i do not want more fat so i will increase cardio.
SR9009 and cardarine is empty and im already starting to get more windy when i train but i guess i just have to do more cardio. Cant blast and cruise with cardarine and sr. Well, i guess you could, but....not this time.
500 sus, 250 deca 2 more weeks, then i chicken out with 250 sus those last two weeks. I dunno..lets see, but 1. august is deadline. Possible i stay 3 more weeks, then 250 sus the last week.
