You look like about 18 percent. You have a nice foundation how long have you been training?
I was 108 kg about 5 years ago with body fat 40%, then i decided to change my life so i started to go gym and learn about nutrition, i wasn't serious at first and wasn't consistent then i started to see changes and got hooked but as for serious weight lifting i have been doing it for 1 year without any rest or a single week off and my nutrition was on point with nearly 160g of protein daily, i forgot how french fries even taste like ... Last 2 months i feel so stuck and my problem is that i have excess skin, so i thought maybe if i got bigger i would look better ?
