    Turned 55 today

    My 55th Birthday today. Yep a few more aches and pains but I personally feel I am built better today than I was one year ago. The one on the left was last year on my birthday ...right today.

    I should thank a few of you separate. This is a great forum! When I first joined here I was mainly in the nutrition and HRT sections. Back on Black was one of the first ones to give me advice, he gave me a link to "So you want Abs and diet help". Well I could never get abs until I started doing that workout. Kelkel and Nach3 have advised me many times over the past 4 years. Just want to say thanks!

    Strogblood I don't know about genetic! I have 3 brothers and 3 sisters they are either obese or skinny as a rail I am the only one that is in the middle. I always say I have the propensity for density AKA fat gene. I have was kinda fat a couple times in my life, when kids and job got in the way of health. Not huge but 226 and 26 % Bodyfat or so. That So you want abs workout really works if you do what it says to do.
