Hard to gauge by pictures but some where by 20% would be my guess.
Look up the body fat picture thread in the diet section. Look at that and then yours. That's kinda what I do. Makes me said every time so watch out haha
Thanks, the lil bastard caused a lot of trouble on Monday. He jumped the fence when I was gone and went on a rampage...bit one neighbor, cornered my other neighbor when she got out of her car, and when I got home he was just laying in my front yard like nothing happened and for some reason the mailman didn't want to deliver to my house that day hahah. Investing in a taller fence ASAP
20% is about right
You on the juice now?
It's a long way to the top - I been at it for damn near half a decade & still haven't found it
I've been on TRT for a few years because of a pituitary adenoma but I haven't really done any heavy cycles yet. I did one 400mg pw blast for 10 weeks and went from 170ish to 196 (but got fat in the process lol)
I hear you about it being a long way to the top man, I almost lose my sanity sometimes when I don't see the progress I think I should when I am putting in the hard work day after day and keeping my diet 99.9% clean (especially this past year). But when I see people's threads like yours man it lets me know that it is possible and it just takes time and patience.
Once I lose a few more pounds of fat I'm thinking about doing another 400-600mg pw blast for 10-12 weeks to bulk but I am gonna watch my calories a lot closer this time so I don't set myself back having to cut afterwards for a such long time.
Any tips other than staying consistent?
18- 20
19%
Good job on the fat loss
Agree on 20%
18.8 if back and legs are also 18.8

Tardy to the party here, but my guess before reading any of the other comments is that's what I would like around 20% body fat.
25% ..... someone get the calipers
Am I gettin close to the 15% mark yet? any and all guesses welcome

Night & day brother
Excellent work!
Big difference. Keep cutting.
Strong work!
Been awhile since i posted an update and I would like everyones opinion on my current bf%. my guess is 16-18%. Ive gained some muscle since my last update but i think ive also gained some fat too lol.
Im thinking about trying to lose 7-10 lbs and running a 10-12 week 400mg pw test cyp blast to bulk after my TRT appointment coming up.
First pic is today, second is from mid December 2016

What are your goals?
I am assuming it is to cut fats.
If so, I would recommend 500mg Test E. 250 twice a week. to keep the muscle mass in tact, even anabolic.
Then, I'd ramp up to 140-160 or clenbuterol with 1-2mg of ketotifen nightly. For 8 weeks TOPS. Clen has potential to cause heart enlargement.
Throw in some t3. If you are serious I'd get to about 75-100. Go three weeks on, three weeks off. The stuff will make you hungry and hot, but you will see the fat shred off.
Run this for 12 weeks, excluding the clen, then on week 14 get some Nolva for 4 weeks as a PCT. Go 40/40/20/20.
I think you could lose some major fat.
I am a little iffy as to whether the PCT will be sufficient as the test is somewhat minimal and the only AAS in the cycle.
Let me know if my suggestions are trash or not.
Goodluck!!
I dunno man, after looking at this picture I think I am going to go with BioActives and my estimate. thanks

You have done a good job brother. You are clearly below 20
Found a pic of when I first started out lifting and compared it to now. Ive still got a long way to go and I could be a lot leaner but it is always good to see progress
