Left pic is last year 182lbs bodyfat approx 20-25%
Right pic is today 196lbs bodyfat approx 14% i think?
Goals at the minute are just tweaking, need to improve delts and my calves, id like to also recomp as many lbs as possible

My left arm has always had tribal and my right arm had my. Ame in arabic which i now have tribal around it to match the left arm, extending it on my chest next.
The reason my left arm is in the before pic is because my wife took it, and the after pic is a mirror reflection.
