    Dont Like Where I Am, Contest Around the Corner (PICS INSIDE)

    Im supposed to be doing my first show ever in Feb/Mar of 2017 (NPC True Novice Physique Classic. 6ft 2" 225 1/4 and under). I have been dieting since August and I just dont like where I am right now. Im still too fat. I went from 252 19% BF back in AUG to 234 ish 14-15% BF currently, but I feel I should have seen more results by now. I just started the precontest cycle in which im running 250mg primo/200mg test e EOD for 18 weeks. The last 5 weeks Ill run anavar at 70mg a day as well. I do 15mins cardio after my workouts. Maybe cut more carbs or do more cardio? My approach has been slow and steady to not have any drastic muscle loss, maybe thats why its just slower than I anticipated.

    Up it to 30min cardio a day. Believe me, that's not enough to burn muscle.

    I wouldn't be overly worried just yet considering you have 3 months until the start of march. You look pretty good for how far out you are.

    Personally I don't like your cycle. No tren mast or winny.

    No fasted cardio? No clen ?

    Whats your carbs at?

    Let me count up my carbs again I'll get back to you. This is my diet:
    1: 10 egg whites, serving and a half of grits
    2: 2 myo original packets
    3-5: 8oz of chicken or fish, 7-8oz of veggies, 7-8oz of starch

    I don't want to try clen because of people's reports on how it affects your heart rate. I don't like side effects like that. Same with tren , worried about the sides. Not objected to masteron .

    I don't do fasted cardio simply because I have read numerous reports that it doesn't make a significant impact.

    I lost my coach about a month ago so I'm really bummed and worried I'm going to fail. Thanks for your help.

    I think it would be a mistake not to include fasted cardio. Whether the reports support it or not, I can tell you first hand that I noticed a significant difference both times switching from post workout to fasted during my prep. I used to think the same way as you and to a point I still do but there comes a time where even a small percentage of change makes a difference and that time is during contest prep.

    Other than possible anxiety as higher dosages, clen is relatively safe especially when tapering up slowly. Im not saying to add tren, I was just giving my opinion on the fact that I didn't like the cycle. Im more about the cookie cutter test tren mast winny contest prep cycles lol.

    For meal 1, how much exactly is a serving and a half? Looks like a decent amount of carbs tho if you're having 21-24oz just in meal 3-5.

    Try to up the cardio first to 30 mins like musclescience said and then after some time cut some carbs. But don't increase your cardio above 30 mins before giving your diet a look at. I mean you don't want to starve yourself but everything starts and ends with your diet.

    One and a half packets which is 31g carbs. I can try the clen again. Would you say winny over Anavar ?

    I like winny hands down over anavar for my physique. I think most would agree that it is more beneficial during contest prep than anavar.

    Mayonnaise?? Its has no carbs, mayonnaise is egg and oil blended

    The carbs in it are from the added sugar.

    All the shit in the USA has added sugar and artificials, sometimes both

    I wonder what oil they add it in. In Europe, mayo comes in sunflower oil, which is disgusting enough for my standards.

    Comes on many types. They do have extra Virgin mayo. But still plenty off additives

    How many calories a day are you eating and carbs ?

    Im currently cutting as well .

    45Minutes Fasted cardio AM (steady State)
    45Minutes weights PM PWO 15 HIIT Cardio

    I find fasted cardio is amazing
    PRO/FATS ALL meals Except PWO and PPWO

    Bossman; 15minutes of cardio post workout is not a show prep protocol. If you're aiming for Feb/March you need to be doing FASTED CARDIO anywhere from 4-6 times a week with possibly a 2nd PM session.

    Don't stress over your progress. You can always shoot for an April or May show.

    I have a log going in the competitive subforum, but ive increased it to 30mins now 6 days a week. Ill swap to fasted here soon because I keep hearing more and more positives for it, even though I was sure it didnt really matter. But im very much so open to any constructive advice.

    Why so much cardio in the off season? Most people don't do this much during prep... I sure as hell don't.
