    It is impossible that the body grows but organs keep not grow. It is pros and cons and every steroid users should accept it!

    I know it is side effect of hgh and insulin, but many bodybuilders have a big gut actually. of course i will be careful if i use it. I just feel that big gut is not that ugly.

    Yes I want to be a big guy... huge shoulder, big chests muscle, two very thick arms and a turtle shell belly. Derek's gut makes whole body very thick and it look likes a big muscle abs!

    Yes, i want my body bigger and bigger. actually asian's body size is smaller than other region peoples like Europe, America... so i hope to build up my muscle body. I think Derek's body is really good!
