    1 year natural back gains.

    My favourite progress body part so far. Lots of rows / concentrated pulls / isolation. Not even 10% of where I want to be but , we're making forward progress ��������

    Agreed , had a wonky shoulder for a while and held me back from all shoulder direct work, and a lot of bench pressing . We're throwing some shoulder work in now

    This week photo, been raising calories and doing more hypertrophy stuff in the gym. Will stick to that for a few months.
