    2 Year Transform

    Hey everyone, new to the forums here.

    I was on Facebook the other day and had got one of those memory notifications showing me the pictures I've posted on that specific day. The one on the left is a picture of me after a Spartan Sprint in PA 2 years ago. That year, I started to take lifting serious. I struggle with nutrition but I'm getting better the more I read on it. The one on the right is where I'm at today.

    Do you think I can get a BF% est as well? I am 23/70in/202lb. It's kind of hard to see any definition because of my tattoos but any criticism is appreciated.

    Did you get them tats on your stomach area done over or redone over what you had. I see something different on th right then on the left ..like them two white streaks. Wondering how they made that happen if it was a tat on it or is that white ink ... Already. ...thanks man

    the pictures are mirrored from eachother. left was a picture taken at a spartan race from another person and the right is a mirror selfie. i had it continued on. if you look at the left pic on the left side of my stomach, you can see where those streaks begin to form. theyre supposed to be rays of light lol
