So I started 8 weeks ago on low carb diet to cut BF after about a year of eating bad but still in gym power lifting I guess you couid say . Stats are 6ft 245 lbs when I started diet. Diet was as followed 35 grams of carbs , 120 fat, 230 protein and have been around 2400 calories give or take .
Meal 1 - protein pancakes and 4 egg omelet with cheese and ham
Meal 2 - bacon and protein shake
Meal 3 - 4oz beef 90/10
Meal 4 - 4 Oz beef 90/10
Meal 5 - 4 Oz beef 90/10
Meal 6 - 4oz beef 90/10
Meal 7 - Casein shake before bed .
I have been train 4 to 5 days a week and always do at least 30 minutes cardio prior to lifting . I am on 130 MG test cyp a week . I will say this I have way more energy on low carbs which some say that's crazy but I do its weird . In current pic I am now 223 lbs after 8 weeks and lost about 3 inches off my waist so far . I'm hoping in next 8 weeks 6 pack is in strong by then and BF is super low .
