Attachment 167459Attachment 167460Attachment 167461Attachment 167462
They cling on like a motherfucker. Trying everything. Drop training seriously, drop protein, drop meals, keep test low (no choice), even my selfbragged mk677 is fake, ruined my liver, burning in lower stomach all day, pissing 5 times each nigth. People at my docs office starting to know my grandmothers name...
Man...and scale is stil decent.
If i heal and get everything rigth next time.....oboy....

You are one odd character friend, you really are special.
Hope you heal up quick.
Btw. I never understood, if your natty T is low,
why don't you do TRT or simply cruise?
Wouldn't that be better than those damned SARMs ?
(I've never tried them, but you've used so much of them I'm almost beginning to want to try me just for the hell of it)
I mean, I know you can keep your muscles,
but I would feel like shit with low T. (I know I do)

Its a myth that i do SARMS nowadays. Hasnt touch a sarm since oktober 2016.
Dont believe in cruises. Gotta give the body a rest, -Rich Piana
I will ask doc for trt when my test comes. Total test is always late on bloods around here.
But i have a feeling that i stil can reach the 500 mark natty in 4-5 months. But i dont know cause i will not wait so long.
But i dont feel shit. I feel good. Just a bit tired and not a desire to move mountains. But barable, no prob.

PSA is just a value in bloodwork, although can give a hint if something very wrong is happening, it is a not a substitute for ultrasound on BPH (benign prostate hyperplasia).
Its funny since I'm in HGH I've stopped going to bathroom middle of night lol, I was always going 1-2 times per night.
Edit: Looking good Sil

You don't use anything?!
That's great man!
Personally, if I had low T, and didn't have access to some synthetic T,
I'd probably chop the balls of every man around and eat it, just for the placebo effect. But that's me.
I don't understand how anyone, especially those who's done a cycle, can survive low T for more than a week. So I'll applaud you for that.
Urinate 5x a night, that's not good.
I sometimes have to urinate 1x a night,
but usually I just wake up needing to piss.
Don't know if it helps the prostate but usually when sleeping over at my GF,
I like to be inside her when I fall asleep, and she does too so it's become a habit. But I have a feeling that lots of sex helps the prostate though.
Then again, I would recommend lots of sex for virtually any ailment, so I might be a bit biased. So try to have sex at least 5-6 days a week, and more on the weekends, and see if that helps. If it is BPH, which I believe doesn't have to increase PSA (PSA is an indication of inflammation, by any cause).
But you will need a high natural or artificially elevated T to be able to follow that protocol I think.
I'm drifting off topic here because I'm thinking about both my GF and two other women (I really shouldn't fuck the other two, and have resisted until now. Well, not entirely..)
What was I saying again?
Hmm, maybe there are some benefits with low T...

You are looking really good Sil. Regarding the urinary frequency, maybe it's a urinary tract infection.

Yes, but i think i stop the cranberries. Shotting 10dl cranberriesjuice 3 times a week migth be an ulcer stimulator. Ive red cranberries have one of the lowest pHs.
Problemes started after i inserted that habbit and now, one week after last cranberryshot im feeling better.

If it was an ulcer you'd feel it higher.
It would feel almost like it was the heart.
(Actually 2/3s of people committed to the hospital for heart issues don't have heart issues, and stomach ulcers are on of the top things that get mixed up with it)
But all natural remedies should be stopped when having such issues?
as natural medicine can have serious side effects.
People have got liver failure from Echinechea ("rød Solhatt" in Norwegian),
and you know that shit is sold everywhere without warning.
Glad to hear your doing better!
Do a check for sexually transmitted diseases man,
You know there's beginning to be a lot of not just the old Chlamydia, but even stuff like Syphilis is going around.

Yes I'm a herniated a paraesophagial hernia, and gastro perisis sufferer.
It literally feels like your having heart attack.
Hot and cold sweats muscle aches, making yourself vomit from the pain in your gut.
My blood pressure was checked once while having an episode it as 190/110
They actually give me Dilaudid iv when it strikes.
Haven't had an attack since I started taking digestive enzymes

Since I've started taking Nature's Bounty enzyme 13 digestive enzymes the food I eat does not sit like a cannonball anymore
I can eat like a pig and still not get sick, I believe the food sitting on your stomach not being digested was my biggest cause of that
Matter fact all of us bodybuilders type of people should be taking a digestive enzyme to ensure that all the carbs protein and fats we get efficiently digested and were able to utilize the nutrients

Nobody here knows this but I am actually gluten intolerant. I was taught that if you dont baby an allergy thats not servere it will get better. I lack the proper enzymes to properly digest wheat. I hived out for years daily. I still eat bread and it has gotten gradually better but if I chow down on pasta I will fart like a dinosaur for a day with my guts crawling like worms. Gluten allergy became a fad and I cant stand that crap so I have just done my best to ignore it. Continual intake can cause crohns disease (thinning of the small intestine) but I still think its half bullshit. I know there are extreme cases but I refuse to believe that I am one. Probiotics seemed to help a little. The thing I have never understood is why in the hell is it they can produce damn near any enzyme but the one that digests wheat??? Makes no sense.
