If you dont mind me making a suggestion - the first thing I noticed is that your chest seems to be lacking behind the rest of your build..
looking good bro....But i dont like the color of your pants.
Fit,
Welcome to the board.....You make us over 40 guys proud!
MJ
You are correct, my chest it sad at best, so are my arms. About 8 years ago I injured myself while training, I severed two nerves which caused what they call a radiculapathy (excuse spelling) as a result of this my right side went completely numb and I lost 1/1/2" on my right arm within two weeks time, my entire chest was concaved and I had no stregnth of what so ever. I was told by the Surgeon I would never lift again! After several months of rehab, I tried going back to the Gym, at that time I could not bench press the bar. Keep in mind prior to this I was a very strong bencher and could toss 315 very easily. To this day my puching muscles are shot, I am very weak and will never posses the stregnth to pile on mass. I do the best I can for being very challenged, I have to except the fact that I will never look like I used to look. Age is not my excuse, being a gimp is.
looking great bro... im half your age and dont have them abs. keep it up...
impressive especially considering your injury. Keep up the good work
Not bad at all, you look really good for being in your fourties! Keep up the good work and keep us posted!![]()
Nice Pink underwear!! LOL
looking great bro! keep up the great work!
You look a little like Doug Gilmour (for those who don't know, he's a hockey player).
Terinox
Actually, thinking about it more, it's a perfect mix of both Doug Gilmour and Steve Yzerman, you look EXACTLY like a mix of them two
Terinox
Great job. Considering what you have had to overcome... even greater. Welcome to the boards!
You'd have a great build for a 20 yr old without an injury...you look even better knowing what you've overcome. Good job!![]()
You look real good bro! I'll be 44 in a few months, I want abs like yours for my birthday!
Rocket
