Bodyfat Percentage Question

I am 47, 6'0, 210 and trying to lean out a bit before I go on a clean bulk to build muscle. What bodyfat percentage would you say I am based on the pics? Thanks

If I had to guess I would say right at 15%. You are in great shape for 47 man, I hope I can pull that off when I am your age

Great shape at any age, great work.

I concur, looks to be in the 15% range. Drop to 10-12 and you will be pretty cut.

You look great... I would guess 15% as well... I can relate to the struggle as I am 52... It is definitely worth it though...
