15-16% is my guesstimate

I would say more like 20% + See body fat example below.

exactly...xcept it is more likely not that he "looks higher because of lack of muscle mass" it is because he is higher because of lack of muscle mass. That is the point.
Not bashing intended Bramely...I just think it is better to have a more realistic idea of where you are and if anything error on the high side than the low side.
Body fat IMO is under estimated by the majority of people out there unless they have gotten it tested and have been monitoring it for quite some time to understand there body composition and where the % actually comes from.

Tbh, i got a buddy who is 7% bf , measured by dexa(and even that's not most accurate) , he's skinny as fk , doesn't even lift , looks like he's 10-11% bf, which doesn't mean he is 10-11% bf , what i meant is ... for OPs atm composition he's probably at 15-16%...w/o muscle mass you're always gonna look higher than u actually are if u eyeball it, which doesn't mean you are higher

This is what i meant , maybe not the best picture but , guy on the right is still low BF , even if he looks closer to 14-15% he isn't, for his composition of really really low muscle that is 10% bf

And i think you're overestimating your own BF judging by the avatar :P but oh well , we all got different opinions , no hard feelings

I would say 13%.

My guess would also be around 14-15%.
